1.Can I cancel my order after I've place it ?
Orders from the WIS store are shipped quickly. Please contact our customer service within 1-2 days of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request to cancel your order.

3.How do I pay for the WIS order?
We accept PayPal & Credit Card for international orders.
4.Why I can't use my coupon?
In this case, you can check the following:
1.Is your coupon/reward still valid?
2.Are you meeting the minimum spending requirements?
For example, if a coupon is only valid for items over USD100, but the total item value is only USD90, you can't use the coupon code.
5.Can I use multiple coupons?
The gift card can be combined with any other discount/event coupons when you place the order. However, discount/event coupons cannot be applied together in one order.
Shipping & Delivery
1.When do you ship my order?
We typically process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Orders with standard shipping will usually be fulfilled and shipped within 1-2 days.
2.How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We has our warehouses in the USA.And your item will be arrived in 2~5 days.Order processing may take longer during promotion and festival events. We seek your understanding and patience.
3.What if I don’t like the product and want to return it?
We are sure you will love WIS, but we understand that you may have different preferences. We can accept your refund within 14 days of shipment. But buyer need to bear the shipping fee and send the package to the right address after 14 days of shipment.
4.What should I do if I receive the product is damaged during delivery?
We have taken sufficient care to ensure that your product is delivered to you without any damages.However, if you do receive your delivery in a damaged condition, kindly write to us at wismall.us@gmail.com and we will ship you a new pack without any additional charges.
5. Do you offer freeshipping?
Yes. Shipping is absolutely free.

1.Where can I purchase WIS products and what can I do if I suspect it is counterfeit?
We can assure that any product purchased from https://wismall.us/ or any of our official operated e-store is a genuine. Please check our official sales channels page for all authorized channels.
2.When are the out of stock products restocking?
We pay attention to the stock status of products all the time.This situation happens rarely. If it happens, the item usually get restocked around 1-3 weeks. You can sign up to be notified once it's back in stock.
3.What if I am allergic to your products and want to refund?
WIS cannot guarantee that all products are suitable for everyone. You can find the full ingredient list for each product in our page. You will be informed which skin type this product is suitable for. If you suffer from allergy to our products, please stop using this item.
4.Do you have any recommendations on how to use your product?
Many of our products are made of natural and hypo-allergenic ingredients. You can use it casualty as your favor. If you are the first time to use our products, you can just follow our product guided steps in the product page.
